Recreational vehicles (RVs) provide the perfect accommodation option for those who want to enjoy the flexibility of RV living. If you are visiting San Francisco in your RV for just a few days or weeks and need a place to stay, our short-term full hookup RV sites are perfect for you!

Our short-term RV sites come with water, sewer, and electric hookups and access to secured WiFi, laundry facilities, picnic areas, and a dog park. All short-term RV sites are available for a maximum of 28-days and a minimum of two nights.

Whether you are just passing through San Francisco, visiting family and friends, or working on a short-term contract, our short-term RV sites offer the perfect solution for your RV camping needs!

Camper Van Sites

Camper vans, also referred to as conversion vans, are a popular and affordable way to enjoy the RV lifestyle if you intend to travel more frequently. However, they are smaller in size and have fewer amenities compared to traditional RVs, a feature that disqualifies them for long-term RV park stays.

At Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, we offer affordable, short-term camper van sites with access to all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Camper van sites can be reserved for a maximum of four consecutive nights.

It is worth noting that we do not accept traditional tent camping or pickup trucks with housing units on the back.

Long Term Standard RV Sites

By design, RVs are suited for both short-term and long-term RV life. If you are looking for the ideal RV park in South San Francisco for extended stays and long-term residency, you have come to the right place.

At Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, our long-term RV sites offer convenience and affordability and come with access to all the primary amenities, next-generation high-speed internet from Kwikbit, and a 100% first month discount (for yearly residents).

Park Model RV (PMRV) Sites

Park model RVs are a hybrid between traditional recreational vehicles (RVs) and manufactured homes and offer the best of both worlds. They are built on a chassis similar to an RV but have more floor space (up to 400 square feet) and amenities, making them perfect for those who want the convenience of RV living with added luxury and comfort.

However, due to their bulky nature and the fact that they are not designed for frequent travel, park model RVs are ideal for long-term RV park stays. At Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, we offer a limited number of premium PMRV sites with full hookups, next-generation high-speed internet, and access to all the primary park amenities.

All Park Model RV owners are required to sign a one-year lease before moving in and will be subject to a move-in special.

Mobile Home/Manufactured Home Sites

Mobile homes, also known as manufactured homes, are tiny houses designed for an RV park setting to provide a more permanent housing solution. But unlike traditional RVs, mobile homes are assembled on sight and are rarely moved after installation.
