Short-Term Rates
Short-Term RV Stays (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
Perfect for travelers passing through or those planning an extended vacation in the Bay Area, our short-term rates provide flexible options. All short-term rates include 4 people per site and 1 car, with additional guests or vehicles at nominal fees. Enjoy clean facilities, private restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and easy access to San Francisco’s iconic attractions.
Additional Fees & Policies:
- All Sites: 2-night minimum required Fri – Sun
- All Premium Sites: 2-night minimum
- Additional Guest/Pet fees: $5/$5 day, $25/$25 week, $100/$45 Month | Max 6 people per site
- Extra vehicle $75/month (28-day+)
- Nightly rates may exclude major holidays
- All RVs Must operate under their own power (no stationary units)
- Trailers & 5th Wheels must have a tow vehicle onsite

For those working in the Bay Area, visiting for extended periods, or looking to embrace the RV lifestyle full-time, our long-term rates provide exceptional value. Enjoy the convenience of our fully hooked-up RV sites, on-site amenities, and prime location near shopping, dining, and public transit.
Notes for Long Term Stays:
- Application and approval required for residency.
- All adults staying on-site must submit an application.
- Approval process may take up to 15 business days.
- **Security Deposit may vary based on application and length of stay.
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Booking Your Stay
We recommend submitting your reservation request online, up to 30 days in advance. Prepaid reservations are required before entering the park. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the quick and easy payment process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
- For monthly (28-day) stays, separate terms may apply.
